Our Client is seeking an Admin Assistant .
Key Tasks:
- Process invoicing, orders, and visitor registration
- Perform general office and administrative support duties
- Assist various departments with document preparation and coordination
- Prepare and format spreadsheets and reports, primarily using Excel
- Serve as a front-facing point of contact with frequent communication
- Use a ticketing or work order system to track requests and tasks
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a professional or corporate office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
