Our Client in need of a Voice Engineer .
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other Engineers on the design, product management, and systems architecture
- Provide remote troubleshooting and support for voice and asset protection infrastructure
- Share ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment
- Continually evolve telephony platform and its operations using solid engineering and agile practices
- Work closely with internal and external team members to develop and build self-service capabilities, and automation
Requirements
- Experience with Avaya Communication Manager
- Experience troubleshooting wired and IP cameras systems
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
