We are seeking a part time team member who can step into a busy RTO environment and provide confident, reliable administrative support with training provided.
Purpose and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support day-to-day RTO administration activities
- Assist with certificates, learner records and training documentation as directed by RTO administration team
- Help to maintain accurate data entry and recordkeeping across systems
- Assist with compliance-related administrative processes and phone calls
- Provide administrative support to trainers and internal staff
- Help ensure documentation is complete, accurate and up to date
- Liaise professionally with learners, employers and internal stakeholders as required
