We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Accommodation Bookings Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of accommodation and administrative operations. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and staff, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service. You will contribute to the overall success of the business by supporting daily operations and ensuring all booking and administrative processes run smoothly.

  • Reserving and allocating rooms to all camp attendants
  • Responding to incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate internal contacts.
  • Preparing and issuing documentation for clients.
  • Entering data into appropriate systems and maintain job records.
  • Preparing invoices using appropriate time sheets and pricing schedules.
  • Document management including printing and saving documents to the server, photocopying and scanning.
  • Other general administrative duties.

To be considered:

  • Minimum 1 years administrative / data entry experience, with highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Mining booking systems essential- SAMS, Workflow and Workforce
  • System administration and Recordkeeping skills with highly developed attention to detail.
  • Experience within a customer service-based position, with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Effective time and diary management/organisational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Microsoft Office application skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems.
  • High level interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Sound numerical competency.
  • Flexibility to work in other departments.
