Our Client Currently looking for P&C Office Administrator
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Administration:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Recruitment Team throughout all stages of the recruitment and selection process including and not limited to:
- Prepare ID badges and required uniform for new ISS place makers.
- Be point of contact for new/replacement ID badges for Sydney, SWS and NC.
- Maintain records of inductions paper work and documentation.
- Assist with ISS inductions as required including supporting trainer in setting up UKG and My ISS app with new starters.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment-related events, such as career fairs and information sessions.
- Compile recruitment reports and metrics as required by the Recruitment Lead.
Office Administration:
- Support the Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, staff events, and training sessions, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
- Manage incoming correspondence, telephone calls, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Maintain effective document management and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
