We are currently seeking an experienced Global Tech SEO Manager to play a key role in a large scale website and infrastructure project within an international e commerce environment at one of our large fashion retail clients.
In this interim position, you will be responsible for driving and delivering a complex technical SEO migration project. You will operate in a fast paced, cross functional environment and work closely with Product, Development and Analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, coordination and execution of a high impact technical SEO migration
- Manage and prioritize SEO related tasks within development backlogs such as Jira
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and take action to resolve them
- Provide clear communication and regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Coordinate multiple teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Advise on and validate website structure, taxonomy and technical SEO implementations
- Design and oversee complex redirect strategies at enterprise level
- Monitor performance and validate implementations using SEO tools and analytics
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Technical SEO, ideally within large scale e commerce or marketplace environments
- Proven experience managing complex digital projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record in website migrations and enterprise level SEO implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in Agile environments and with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of crawling, indexation and technical site architecture
- Hands on experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Botify and Google Search Console
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
