We are seeking a Tech Deployment Associate to support the deployment, staging, configuration, packaging, and shipment of technology devices. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer service and end-user support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology while interacting with people. The Tech Deployment Associate will be responsible for preparing devices for deployment, assisting users, documenting activities, and ensuring equipment is accurately staged and shipped.
Requirements
- Experience working with computers, mobile devices, or technology equipment
- Basic technical troubleshooting and hardware support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
