Our client is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer – FinTech / Virtual Assets
Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and release-quality gates
- Perform functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Build and maintain automated test suites
- Test customer onboarding, KYC, trading, deposits, withdrawals, fees, notifications, and account lifecycle workflows
- Validate integrations with compliance, custody, liquidity, CRM, and blockchain-analysis providers
- Support UAT, production smoke testing, and post-release validation
- Identify defects, analyse root causes, and reduce production escapes
- Maintain clear testing evidence and quality reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software QA experience
- Strong API, web-platform, database, and automation-testing experience
- Knowledge of CI/CD, SQL, defect management, and Agile delivery
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, brokerage, crypto, or regulated financial services is mandatory
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, trading, wallet, or transaction-processing workflows is an advantage
