Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run events, meetups and training sessions
- Coordinate exhibitions and conferences, from preparation to follow-up
- Brief and manage marketing agencies and keep a content calendar
- Review paid ad results and lead quality with Sales
- Find podcast, speaking and media opportunities for our team
- Help Sales and leaders build their personal brand online
- Coordinate website, SEO and mobile app updates
- Monitor online reviews and work with Customer Support on replies
- Work with creators and influencers on campaigns
- Manage company social media and reuse approved content
- Track marketing leads and hand them over to Sales
- Keep sales materials up to date and support product launches
- Turn competitor research and customer feedback into recommendations
- Track marketing budget, assets and approvals
- Send weekly updates and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or online trading is preferred.
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, content, social media and performance reporting
- Experience coordinating events, vendors, agencies, creators, or external partners.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM systems, and marketing data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines, identify dependencies, and proactively follow up.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
