We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the growth, retention, and lifecycle charter for our SMB/SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a mini-GM someone who understands merchant behavior deeply, drives engagement through experimentation, and builds scalable lifecycle systems that directly impact revenue and long-term retention.

– You will own the end-to-end merchant experience across app, dashboard, CRM, and lifecycle touchpoints, shaping how merchants activate, engage, grow, and stay retained on the platform.

– This is not a feature-delivery role it is a business-impact role where product decisions directly influence merchant habits, GMV expansion, and long-term platform stickiness.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

Growth & Retention Ownership :

– MTU (Monthly Transacting Users) retention

 

– GMV depth and repeat usage

– Merchant engagement and lifecycle progression

– Design and execute strategies to improve activation, habit formation, and long-term retention across SMB users.

– Build systems that increase merchant stickiness and platform dependency over time.

 

Lifecycle & Engagement Products

– Lead the design and optimization of lifecycle journeys including :

 

– Onboarding and activation

– Feature adoption

– Habit-building flows

– Re-engagement and win-back campaigns

– Build engagement loops using :

– Push notifications

– In-app nudges

– CRM campaigns

– Personalized recommendations

– Behavioral triggers

– Create personalized merchant experiences based on usage patterns, cohorts, and lifecycle stages.

 

Experimentation & Data-Driven Product Development:

– Drive a strong experimentation culture through :

 

a. A/B testing

b. Funnel optimization

c. Cohort analysis

d. Behavioral analytics

– Partner closely with analytics and data teams to identify friction points, churn indicators, and growth opportunities.

– Build data-led intervention systems including churn prediction and proactive engagement workflows.

– Translate insights into scalable product improvements and measurable business outcomes.
