The Senior Marketplace Product Manager will lead the development and execution of global marketplace solutions, ensuring products meet customer needs while supporting business objectives. The role requires strong ownership of product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for global marketplace, fiat onboarding, and e-commerce solutions, from concept development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with broader business goals and market opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights, market data, and performance metrics into actionable product initiatives.
  • Drive product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery of high-impact features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, business development, marketing, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer behaviors, regulatory considerations, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with business operations teams to improve product conversion, engagement, and overall user experience.
  • Use analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered tools to improve decision-making, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage global product launches while ensuring strong execution, quality, and measurable business impact.
  • Operate independently as an individual contributor, demonstrating strategic ownership and proactive leadership in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in managing complex digital products, global launches, and technology-driven solutions. They should have excellent analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and regions.

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within payments, trading platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, or Web3 ecosystems.
  • Proven experience managing complex global product launches with measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, funnels, cohorts, and performance metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with backend, API, mobile, and engineering teams.
  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric and outcome-driven approach.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms, product listings, trading workflows, or dispute management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Web3, decentralized finance, digital assets, compliance frameworks, AML/risk considerations, or blockchain ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Experience using AI-enabled product growth tools, automation solutions, or advanced analytics platforms is a plus.
