We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on technical expertise, strong engineering fundamentals, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

This role requires strong knowledge of C# internals, scalable application architecture, enterprise-grade system development, and the ability to lead technical discussions with clients and engineering teams.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong engineering depth and real-time problem-solving capabilities rather than only framework-level exposure.

Required expertise includes :

– Strong understanding of OOPs, SOLID principles, and design patterns

– Deep understanding of async/await, multithreading, and task parallelism

– Knowledge of memory management and garbage collection

– Strong debugging and root cause analysis capabilities

– Understanding of dependency injection and application lifecycle

– Experience in performance optimization and scalable application design

– Strong understanding of LINQ execution and API performance

– Ability to explain low-level application flow and architecture decisions

Key Responsibilities :

– Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications

– Lead and mentor development teams

– Participate in architecture discussions and technical solutioning

– Work directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams

– Develop and consume RESTful APIs and backend services

– Review code and enforce engineering best practices

– Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis

– Ensure application scalability, security, maintainability, and performance

– Take ownership of technical deliverables and production deployments

– Support DevOps initiatives and deployment automation

Required Expertise :

– 8 to 10+ years of hands-on .NET Full Stack development experience

– Strong experience building enterprise-scale applications

– Excellent understanding of software architecture and design principles

– Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills

– Experience in handling teams and mentoring developers

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience

– Ability to drive technical discussions independently

– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications :

– Experience working with Fortune 500 / enterprise clients

– Exposure to Microservices architecture

– Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

– Familiarity with AI-assisted development / Vibe Coding tools

– Strong understanding of latest C# features and modern engineering practices
