Our Client Currently looking for Senior Employee Relations Partner

Skills Required

• Extensive EMEA employee relations experience managing complex and sensitive matters across multiple countries
• Proven experience managing relationships with multiple Works Councils and leading consultations
• Experience developing and implementing employee relations practices, guidelines, and regulations
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations practices, and country-specific EMEA consultation requirements
• Experience building trusted partnerships with HRBPs, employment legal teams, business leaders, employee representatives, and other stakeholders
• Experience mentoring and supporting team members
• Ability to provide clear, pragmatic recommendations and deliver employee relations training
