We’re looking for someone who is driven, forward-thinking, and nimble enough to collaborate with your creative partners on messaging as well as visual design. You also have a strong curiosity about AI, and either have experience or a deep interest in the application of AI within our creative workflows. You’ll be joining a supportive, fun team culture of creative people excited to come to work every day in order to help people get their money right.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end concept and design for marketing projects across a variety of digital mediums, including but not limited to:
    • Email Design
    • In app messages
    • Social media posts
    • Branding campaign and assets
    • Lead gen campaigns and assets
    • Digital Videos
    • Digital Display Banners
  • Create marketing materials for engaging, fast growing products.
  • Collaborate with your copywriter partner on vision for individual briefs and larger campaign storytelling.
  • Create consumer-and enterprise-facing work that is visually exciting, forward-thinking, and emotionally engaging.
  • Help us test, iterate, and optimize designs to consistently deliver and improve business results.
  • Look for opportunities to use enterprise-approved AI tools for day to day creative workflow efficiencies.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow members of the creative, web, and development teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, like product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and strategy.
  • Champion the brand and user experience, and play a key role in shaping brand narrative.
  • Be a part of our close knit in-house Creative Studio, producing award winning, first-in-class advertising and marketing materials.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of five years working as an art director at an ad agency, in-house creative department, or freelancing for major brands.
  • Must have a strong well-rounded portfolio full of beautiful, effective work that shows advanced-level conceptual and craft skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and iterate on different design options based on stakeholder and creative feedback.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines while solving complex creative problems with little guidance.
  • You’re all about the data. You love testing design solutions and iterating based on results.
  • Very comfortable collaborating with product marketers, product designers, brand strategists, and other cross functional partners.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also supporting the larger team.
  • Awesome written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in similar regulated industries, primarily FinTech and Insurance, is a plus.

Software:

  • Advanced understanding of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects for simple motion graphics
  • Experience with Adobe Substance for 3D asset creation
  • Experience with a variety of Generative AI software
