The client is looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner IV to support a major modernization initiative involving the redesign and rebuild an internal CRM platform. This role requires a strong combination of Product Ownership, Agile Delivery, Business Analysis, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex Agile initiatives from the product perspective, partnering closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and delivery leadership to drive user-centric outcomes. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and can organize, prioritize, and guide development efforts from discovery through execution will be highly successful in this role. Strong product leadership and Agile delivery experience are far more important than banking industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for a large-scale CRM modernization initiative
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities
• Drive user-centric product discovery efforts including stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and process mapping
• Coordinate across product, project management, business analysis, and engineering functions to ensure successful delivery
• Manage and maintain product backlogs within Jira and Confluence
• Support Agile coaching and delivery best practices across the team
• Collaborate with technical teams to align business objectives with implementation strategy
• Assist with documentation, workflow visualization, and process modeling using tools such as Lucidchart
