As a Recruitment Team Lead , you will drive and execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy while leading and developing a high-performing recruitment team. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure efficient, structured hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
• Ensure consistent and structured hiring processes across departments
• Proactively build talent pipelines for key roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Optimize recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
• Experience in scaling teams in high-growth environments
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategies
