As a Recruitment Team Lead , you will drive and execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy while leading and developing a high-performing recruitment team. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure efficient, structured hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines that support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Ensure consistent and structured hiring processes across departments
- Proactively build talent pipelines for key roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Optimize recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Experience in scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategies
