The Project Operations Analyst will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to help maintain communication, track key metrics, organize documentation, and monitor project-related costs and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Project Operations Analyst will coordinate communication across internal business units, vendors, and project teams
- Maintain project documentation, communications, reports, and business metrics
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and cost-related activity
- Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract-related documentation
- Assist with project setup, work breakdown structures, and process documentation
- Monitor transaction controls and project costs against established budgets
- As a Project Operations Analyst, you will support project timelines, deliverables, reporting, and operational follow-up
- Help establish, document, and improve business processes
- Partner with project managers and business leaders to ensure project information is accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field preferred/required based on client requirements
- 5-7 years of related experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, project support, or a similar role
- Experience tracking budgets, costs, expenditures, invoices, or financial/project data
- Experience using Microsoft Word and other business applications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze business trends, project data, and cost information
