Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable business results.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Social media content creation (photo, video, graphics, Reels, Stories, live content)
  • Content calendar management and campaign execution
  • Community management and social engagement
  • Meta Business Suite/Hootsuite administration and troubleshooting
  • Analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Google Analytics and social media metrics analysis
  • Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with promotions, campaigns, and events
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
  • Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and live content
  • Manage publishing schedules using Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
  • Support social media promotions, contests, and campaigns
  • Maintain Meta Business Suite settings and assist with account troubleshooting
  • Monitor social media account health and platform compliance

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key metrics, including engagement, reach, followers, video views, link clicks, and website traffic
  • Utilize Google Analytics and social media reporting tools to measure campaign performance
  • Use data and insights to optimize content and campaign strategies

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Strong content creation, photography, videography, and editing skills
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
