Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable business results.
Core Responsibilities:
- Social media content creation (photo, video, graphics, Reels, Stories, live content)
- Content calendar management and campaign execution
- Community management and social engagement
- Meta Business Suite/Hootsuite administration and troubleshooting
- Analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Google Analytics and social media metrics analysis
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with promotions, campaigns, and events
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
- Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and live content
- Manage publishing schedules using Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Support social media promotions, contests, and campaigns
- Maintain Meta Business Suite settings and assist with account troubleshooting
- Monitor social media account health and platform compliance
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key metrics, including engagement, reach, followers, video views, link clicks, and website traffic
- Utilize Google Analytics and social media reporting tools to measure campaign performance
- Use data and insights to optimize content and campaign strategies
Requirements
- Experience managing social media campaigns from strategy through execution
- Strong content creation, photography, videography, and editing skills
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
