We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the .NET and Azure technology stack and proven expertise in Agile project management.
The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Management & Delivery :
– Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
– Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
– Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
– Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
2. Technical Leadership :
– Provide technical oversight for solutions built on :
i .NET Core / ASP
ii. Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.)
– Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and secure solutions
– Guide teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development
3. Agile Execution :
– Lead Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
– Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
– Drive continuous improvement and team productivity
4. Stakeholder Management :
– Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
– Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively
– Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction
5. Team Leadership :
– Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps engineers
– Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
– 10-15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in : .NET Framework / Microsoft Azure Platform
– Experience with : Microservices architecture and REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred), Cloud-native application development
Project Management Skills :
– Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
– Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
– Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management
– Participate in RFP / RFI responses & SOW creation
