Skills Required

• Labor relations or human resources experience
• Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, or union-free campaigns
• Prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience
• Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives
• Drive for results and customer service orientation
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex projects
• Proven track record meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities
