Our Client  is seeking a Project Manager to oversee initiatives ranging in size and complexity from planning through completion. This role will work part time 15 hours per week. This role requires strong project governance, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
• Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to define project goals, requirements, and expected outcomes
• Develop scope documentation and secure necessary approvals from leadership
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, funding documentation, and risk assessments
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions to identify tasks, dependencies, deliverables, and project milestones
• Manage project execution while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource constraints
• Provide regular status updates and communications to project stakeholders
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to appropriate leadership, vendors, sponsors, or functional managers when needed
• Ensure project objectives and deliverables are completed according to approved requirements and timelines
• Evaluate and manage changes impacting project scope, schedules, or resources
• Coordinate project wrap-up activities, including final reviews, stakeholder meetings, and lessons learned
• Complete all closure documentation, obtain feedback on team performance, and recognize key contributors to project success
