Our Client is seeking a Pricing and Contract Specialist.
Membership & Account Administration:
- Support new account creation, customer ID maintenance, and membership updates
- Review and validate GPO and IDN portal activations
- Manage the Contract Membership Support inbox and resolve membership-related inquiries
Contract & Pricing Support:
- Process routine pricing requests using established templates and guidelines
- Prepare pricing exhibits and supporting documentation for analyst review
- Assist with pricing uploads, contract renewals, and maintenance activities within SAP and contract management systems
Request Management & Coordination:
- Track contract requests, renewals, expirations, and pricing changes
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and support renewal scheduling activities
- Maintain request trackers, route assignments, and prepare documentation for analyst review
Reporting & Documentation:
- Generate and distribute customer spend and operational reports
- Support recurring monthly and quarterly reporting using standardized templates
- Update SOPs, job aids, and process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
System & Testing Support:
- Execute system testing using predefined scripts and documented procedures
- Record test results, defects, and observations for analyst and IT review
- Support system enhancements, process improvements, and data validation efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in an operations, contract, pricing, or administrative support role
- Strong understanding of business and financial processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proven success working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP or contract management systems preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- SAP and Tableau experience preferred
