Our Client Currently looking for HR Specialist
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (70%)
Employee Administration
- Support onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems and internal databases.
- Ensure personnel documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with IT, administration, and business teams.
Benefits & Employee Support
- Assist with employee benefits administration.
- Support insurance, allowances, and related HR programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and HR-related requests.
HR Projects
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with organizational restructuring and entity transition activities.
- Coordinate with headquarters HR teams across multiple countries.
Compliance Support
- Help ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Maintain HR compliance documentation.
- Support audits and internal reviews when required.
Contracts, Immigration & Documentation
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Track contract approvals and signatures.
- Maintain digital personnel files.
- Assist with work permit and visa processes.
- Coordinate documentation between local and international stakeholders.
