Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the industry.
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Lean Management are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving operational improvements.
