We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically curious Solutions Engineering Specialist to support our marketing tracking and attribution ecosystem across   products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and marketing. You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to ensure every touchpoint in the customer journey is tracked accurately, attributed correctly, and routed to the right downstream systems. It will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of cross-device and cross-product journeys for marketing tracking and attribution.

The ideal candidate is solution-oriented and combines a strong understanding of marketing analytics tools with a keen eye for data quality in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Tracking Execution & Data Alignment

  • Execute and maintain tracking implementation based on defined tracking strategies and guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency of events, naming conventions, and data structures across platforms and tools.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into accurate and scalable tracking setups.
  • Support the rollout of tracking across new features, products, and markets.
  • Maintain clear documentation of tracking logic, event structures, and data flows.

Attribution & Integrations

  • Support integrations between browser, server and mobile data source, analytics tools, MMPs, and advertising platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate attribution across paid media channels.
  • Ensure required data points and identifiers are consistently captured and passed across systems for a full view of the user journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align tracking with campaign and attribution requirements.
  • Support the reliability of data flows between tracking systems and downstream platforms.

Monitoring & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor tracking performance and identify inconsistencies or gaps in marketing data.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot tracking issues across web and mobile environments.
  • Work with engineering, development, and data teams to resolve discrepancies and improve tracking reliability.
  • Support ongoing improvement of tracking reliability and data quality across releases, updates, and platform changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with stakeholders, and liaise between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to understand tracking needs and ensure proper implementation.
  • Follow technical guidance while contributing to improving processes and data quality.
  • Align tracking execution with broader business, product, and marketing objectives.
  • Communicate clearly on tracking status, issues, and dependencies across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in MarTech and analytics, preferably in FinTech or a related industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, analytics platforms – including GA4, Firebase and similar – and MMPs (Adjust or similar) is a MUST.
  • Proven experience with major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and an in-depth understanding of browser- and server-side tracking setup and attribution signals.
  • Familiarity with CDPs (Segment or similar) and a solid understanding of attribution and event-based tracking.
  • Understanding of API integrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, engagement platforms, behavioural analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Background in Forex, Crypto, or financial services is a plus.
