  • Screen, evaluate, and present shortlisted candidates with clear summaries covering experience, skill alignment, and compensation expectations.
  • Manage high volumes of open vacancies simultaneously, keeping every role moving against agreed timelines.
  • Lead offer negotiation discussions to ensure final offers are competitive and aligned with the company’s interests balancing candidate expectations with internal consistency and budget parameters.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple time zones and calendars.

  • Keep recruitment trackers and shared spreadsheets current so that leadership and hiring managers have real-time visibility of hiring activity.
  • Ensure data integrity across all recruitment records to support reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Keep hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership informed with regular updates on pipeline status, pending actions, and forecasted closures.
  • Produce weekly recruitment reports covering pipeline status, time-to-fill, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor recruitment trends and share relevant market observations with the Head of Recruitment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and process consistency across the recruitment function.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, confidentiality, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions across multiple regions with speed and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel-based reporting and tracking.
