Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
A typical day at ACI for a Field Marketing Manager is:
Pipeline and Demand Generation
- Own the MEA field marketing plan and translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant programs that generate and accelerate pipeline for the regional sales team.
- Plan and execute account-based marketing programs targeting Tier 1 banks, central banks, fintechs, and large merchants across the Middle East and Africa.
- Manage the MEA events calendar, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, and ACI-hosted client forums.
- Partner with the digital team to localize paid media, email, and web campaigns for MEA audiences, including Arabic-language content where appropriate.
- Develop post-event and campaign lead follow-up programs in coordination with inside sales and Sales Development Representatives.
Partner and Ecosystem Marketing
- Co-develop joint marketing programs with ACI regional partners and manage co-branded campaign execution.
- Coordinate with global partner marketing to ensure MEA partner programs align withgo-to-market strategy.
- Support partner-led demand generation by aligning campaign themes, messaging, event participation, and follow-up actions with regional revenue priorities.
Brand and Thought Leadership
- Champion position as a leading real-time payments infrastructure provider in the region.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities, awards, and media placements at key regional events and in fintech and banking trade press.
- Build regional content angles that connect ACI messaging to market priorities across banking, payments, fintech, and merchant commerce.
Stakeholder Alignment, Budget, and Reporting
- Serve as the primary marketing business partner to MEA sales leadership, attending pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews to align marketing activity to revenue priorities.
- Track and report on campaign return on investment, marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced pipeline, and event performance against agreed key performance indicators.
- Manage the MEA marketing budget, including spend efficiency, forecasting, vendor coordination, and alignment to campaign priorities.
- Maintain clear project plans, timelines, follow-up actions, and stakeholder communications across campaigns, events, and partner programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business-to-business marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a field marketing, regional marketing, or campaign marketing role covering the Middle East; Africa experience is a strong plus.
- Background in financial services, fintech, enterprise software, or payments technology.
- Proven track record of building and executing events and campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
- Experience managing partner co-marketing programs and market development funds budgets.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, stakeholders, agencies, and deadlines at the same time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, inside sales, and regional leadership.
