Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth and client acquisition.
Plan, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Manage lead generation campaigns targeting Forex traders, investors and potential clients.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, cost per lead and ROI.
Develop and execute SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing activities.
Coordinate with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Manage social media content and digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for customer acquisition.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies and other marketing partners.
Prepare regular marketing reports and provide performance insights to management.
Ensure marketing activities follow applicable company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Experience in Forex, Financial Services, FinTech or a related industry is preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets will be an advantage.
