We are seeking a customer-focused Mailroom & Office Services Coordinator to support daily office operations in a professional corporate environment. This role combines administrative support, mailroom operations, customer service, and inventory management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable interacting with employees throughout the day, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily mailroom operations
  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately
  • Sign for incoming deliveries and coordinate distribution
  • Sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
  • Communicate with employees and visitors while providing outstanding customer service
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records and documents
  • Enter, record, and verify information accurately
  • Maintain accurate office and inventory records
  • Support general office services and administrative functions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative, office services, customer service, or mailroom experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with data entry and record management
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
