Our Client is seeking a hands-on Lead RF Design Engineer to provide technical leadership while remaining deeply engaged in the hands-on design, development, testing, and production of complex RF systems. Summary: This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on RF engineering with technical leadership. You will have significant ownership of challenging RF designs, work across the full product development lifecycle, and play a key role in developing a talented RF engineering team within a growing technology organization. The ideal candidate is a technically strong, hands-on RF engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, driving designs to production, and helping develop the capabilities of other engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of complex RF designs throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through detailed design, development, verification, and production
• Design and develop RF circuits, modules, and subsystems for advanced communications applications
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to a small team of RF engineers, including mentoring, technical guidance, and skill development
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to RF design, product integration, manufacturing, and test
• Develop and execute RF test and troubleshooting strategies for RF/microwave, analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transition of new RF designs from development into production and manufacturing
