Our Client is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is looking to build a strong foundation in end-user support and grow within a collaborative technology team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end users in both remote and onsite environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues on Mac and Windows devices
- Manage support requests and resolve tickets in a timely manner
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops for new hires
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Support conference room technology and office IT equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and walk-up support to employees
Requirements
- 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a professional environment
- Exposure to technologies such as Jamf, Intune, Okta, or MDM solutions is a plus
- Experience in environments such as Geek Squad, campus IT, MSPs, or corporate help desk support is highly desired
