We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support our Senior Product Manager in driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of digital products and customer experiences. This role is ideal for a product professional with approximately 2-4 years of experience who is looking to further develop their product management career while partnering closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX designers, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Delivery & Execution:
- Support the Senior Product Manager in executing the product roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Assist in translating business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories
- Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly documented and understood
- Partner with engineering teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery activities
- Track feature development progress and escalate risks or dependencies as needed
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs
- Facilitate communication between product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams
- Help coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product launches and enhancements
- Analyze user feedback, customer requests, and product performance metrics
- Assist with defining product requirements based on user needs and business goals
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation efforts
Product Operations & Governance:
- Maintain product documentation, requirements, workflows, and release notes
- Monitor KPIs and product adoption metrics to measure success and identify optimization opportunities
- Support product launch planning and change management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Project Coordination, or a related role
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar product management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
