Our Client is seeking an IT Specialist.In this role, you will support entry access systems from a software perspective, including assigning access cards. Vendor management or maintaining vendor relationships is helpful.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Will support the business operationally, especially at pack stations which include mini-PCs, printers, and scanners
- Maintaining printers such as Zebra, Dymo, HP, Brothers, and others
- Responsible for troubleshooting these stations and providing training on internal systems
Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is required
- Familiarity with printers and scanners, especially Zebra devices, is a strong plus
- Must have basic network knowledge-not necessarily building networks from scratch, but able to support existing infrastructure (e.g., adds, moves, network drops)
- Must understand the business and be able to communicate effectively with lead teams, including the onsite General Manager
- Experience with Ubiquiti systems is highly desirable, including Unifi and OpenPath (used for entry access and infrastructure)
