Our Client Currently looking for HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and HR documentation
  • Maintain compliance (I-9, E-Verify, background checks)
  • Track recruiting metrics and support workforce planning
  • Process employee status changes and HRIS updates (ADP or similar)
  • Partner on sourcing strategies (job fairs, social media, community outreach)
  • Provide general HR and administrative support
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required
  • 2-6 years of HR or recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
