Our Client Currently looking for HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and HR documentation
- Maintain compliance (I-9, E-Verify, background checks)
- Track recruiting metrics and support workforce planning
- Process employee status changes and HRIS updates (ADP or similar)
- Partner on sourcing strategies (job fairs, social media, community outreach)
- Provide general HR and administrative support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required
- 2-6 years of HR or recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
