Our Client Currently looking for Global Transaction Services Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive “new to   business through the strategic sale of International Cash Management and Trade Finance products, aiming to achieve revenue goals and new customer acquisition targets.
  • Client Engagement & Business Growth: Proactively develop GTS account plans with Relationship Managers, conduct joint marketing calls, and deepen client relationships to maximise wallet share and facility utilisation.
  • Deal Structuring & Risk Management: Structure complex trade deals, communicate implications and risks to both the bank and clients, and provide solutions for intricate commercial decisions while paying close attention to operational, regulatory, legal, fraud, KYC, and AML risks.
  • Sales & Advisory: Execute active marketing programs, provide ongoing service for day-to-day trade requirements, and offer expert trade advisory, especially for International Cross Border Bankers Guarantees and Export Letters of Credit Confirmation and Negotiation.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain sales pipeline reports, document client contacts, and collaborate closely with GTS and Trade Operations for seamless transaction execution. Partner with all product teams for effective cross-selling and stay informed of the competitive environment.
  • Regional Liaison: Act as the primary GTS liaison to Asia for operational, technical, product, and client needs, including product development, governance, training, marketing, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Transaction Banking with a strong track record in client calling, account management, and sales.
  • Expertise: Ability to structure deals in both cash and trade, with a deep understanding of the responsibilities of a corporate Treasurer and the functions of a CFO’s/Treasurer’s office.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent sales abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across functions in a banking environment.
