Our Client is seeking several Financial Reporting Associates to support a high-volume reporting initiative. This opportunity is ideal for Accounting or Finance entry level candidates with internship experience, or professionals looking to gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process financial data and supporting documentation
- Perform data validation and quality control checks
- Ensure information is entered accurately and efficiently into internal systems
- Research and resolve discrepancies alongside business partners
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Understanding of financial statements through coursework, internships, or professional experience
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, audit, banking, or data analysis
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
