Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst I to support accounting, inventory analysis, financial reporting, and month-end close activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to support multiple financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close and financial reporting activities
- Analyze inventory and cost-related financial data
- Investigate variances and prepare financial analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
- Support special projects and business reporting needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience
- Experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
