We are seeking an experienced Engineering Transformation Manager to support the rollout and adoption of engineering systems, processes, and digital tools across a global manufacturing organization. This role will work closely with site teams to drive execution, track progress, remove barriers, and help ensure successful adoption of maintenance, reliability, and asset management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Asset Management, Maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering operations, asset management, or related project delivery
- Familiarity with SAP PM, CMMS, EAM, or similar maintenance management systems
- Understanding of maintenance planning, asset reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational improvement practices
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
