Our Client in need of a Remote Engineering Solution Support Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for engineering solutions including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, simulation, and related systems
- Manage and resolve user issues through the ticketing system to successful completion
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain system maintenance, upgrade, and support plans
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to improve communication and service delivery
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing engineering solutions support team
- Maintain solution documentation, knowledge bases, and user training materials
- Support projects focused on improving engineering systems, documentation, and information management
Requirements
- Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
- Experience with strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing technologies, including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, and ERP systems
- Working knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware/Azure preferred), databases (MS SQL preferred), and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments; Aerospace & Defense, ITAR, and ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer support skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
