Our Client Currently looking for Credit Card Portfolio Manager

Qualifications and Competencies:

• 8-12 years of experience in consumer credit/debit cards, retail banking, or payments, with a strong understanding of portfolio performance drivers and economics, hands‑on experience managing card P&L, and producing performance reports, dashboards, and senior‑level business reviews
• Drive quarterly card portfolio performance reviews, delivering market‑benchmarked insights and clear recommendations to help issuers perform at or above market levels, supported by strong narratives for senior stakeholders
• Identify portfolio growth opportunities and performance gaps, analysing trends across spend, revolvers, attrition, risk, and profitability to inform strategic actions
• Develop data‑driven recommendations for acquisitions, campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives, leveraging P&L understanding and portfolio economics
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, analytics, and leadership teams to manage multiple workstreams and translate insights into executable outcomes
