Our Client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial assessment through completion, including scope development, budgeting, vendor selection, construction oversight, and closeout. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while partnering with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This position includes regular field visits to support property assessments, monitor project progress, and ensure quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and capital improvement projects from planning through closeout
• Conduct site assessments and identify repair, maintenance, and improvement needs
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
• Solicit, review, and evaluate vendor and contractor bids
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout execution
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and contract compliance
• Review change orders, invoices, and project documentation
• Provide regular project status updates and risk assessments
• Support multiple properties and projects simultaneously across the assigned territory
