Our Client  is seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Leader to drive the strategic direction and execution of AI initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 15-22 years of experience in AI and related fields, with a proven track record of leading global AI projects and teams.

This role will be pivotal in harnessing AI to enhance our product offerings, optimize operations, and deliver superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

– Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with Carrier’s business objectives.

– Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and efficiency across various functions.

Team Management :

– Lead and mentor a global team of AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers.

– Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Project Oversight :

– Oversee the execution of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of quality and ethical considerations.

Collaboration :

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, marketing, and IT, to integrate AI solutions into existing processes and products.

Research and Development :

– Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

– Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Compliance and Ethics :

– Ensure all AI initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

– Advocate for responsible AI practices within the organization.
