As the Senior Manager/Director of Enterprise Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy

Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our enterprise systems, particularly in the finance domain, and ensuring seamless integration with AI solutions.
Responsibilities :
– Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Enterprise Systems department, aligning with the company’s overall vision and goals.
– Manage and mentor a team of enterprise systems professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
– Oversee the implementation and maintenance of finance systems such as Netsuite, Zuora, and SAP Ariba, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements, and drive the development and enhancement of enterprise systems.
– Stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and finance, and evaluate their potential impact and integration opportunities.
– Ensure data security and privacy compliance across all enterprise systems, implementing best practices and industry standards.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
– Lead the design and implementation of system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between various platforms.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
– A proven track record of leadership and management in an enterprise systems or technology role, preferably in a finance-focused organization.
– Deep expertise in finance systems, with hands-on experience in Netsuite, Zuora, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms.
– Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise systems, with a passion for driving innovation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
– Experience in system integration and data management, ensuring efficient data flow and interoperability.
– A proactive and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving approach to complex enterprise system challenges.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget.
– A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, with additional certifications being an advantage.
