Our client is seeking a hands-on IT professional to support and improve day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, endpoints, applications, and user support. This individual will serve as a key escalation resource, helping resolve complex technical issues, drive process improvements, and support technology initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Application Systems Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to systems, endpoints, applications, and networking
- Configure, deploy, and support hardware, software, and business applications
- Assist with endpoint management, access provisioning, and device lifecycle administration
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions and process improvements
- Support technology rollouts, office expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades
- As an Application Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions
- Utilize scripting and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in systems administration, endpoint management, technical support, or IT operations
- Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments, including operating systems, identity management, device administration, and endpoint management solutions
- Experience utilizing enterprise ticketing platforms to manage incidents, requests, and workflow queues
- Working knowledge of scripting, automation, and troubleshooting across desktop, server, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices and experience working within structured support and incident management processes
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, endpoint deployment, and enterprise infrastructure concepts
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience supporting technology implementations, office expansions, infrastructure upgrades, or other IT project initiatives is a plus
