Our Client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance ETRM and related front, middle, and back-office systems across multiple commodities, including trading, contract management, risk, scheduling, valuation, settlements, invoicing, reporting, and integrations. This role serves as a key liaison between business users and IT, providing application support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and improve OpenLink Endur and related business applications
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver system enhancements
- Participate in software implementations, upgrades, testing, and system integrations
- Design, document, and review system and application solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing operational support
- Collaborate across business and IT teams while mentoring junior staff
- Participate in maintenance windows and periodic on-call support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of enterprise application development, integration, and support experience
- 3+ years of OpenLink Endur experience
- 3+ years of Java development experience
- Experience with JVS scripting and Crystal Reports
- Strong Microsoft SQL experience (4+ years preferred)
- Prior experience supporting ETRM platforms and energy trading operations is highly desired
