Our Client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize its Accounts Payable function. This leadership role will oversee a small team, ensure accurate and timely payment processing, and drive continuous improvement across a complex, multi-site environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building efficient processes, partnering with business leaders, and supporting a high-volume AP operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small accounts payable team
• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process across multiple business units and locations
• Oversee high-volume invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor account management
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure policy compliance across locations
• Work closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Monitor AP aging, identify trends, and resolve escalated vendor issues
• Support audits and assist with financial reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements, standardization efforts, and automation initiatives
• Develop and track AP performance metrics to support operational excellence
