What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery in complex business or digital transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and flow‑based delivery models.
• Proven ability to partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across business and technology.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery execution.
