Our Client Currently looking for Java Team Lead

Job Description

• Direct management of a team of 5 Software Engineers
• Accountable for the successful deliveries of the team
• Organize and plan all team activities upon the principles of agile software methodology
• Evaluate the efficiency of your team upon its technical and/or business knowledge needed to fulfil its mission
• Monitor and address the required technical investment upon the department guidelines
• Foster the collaboration with the departments which are stakeholders to your team
• Help your team with technical problems and make sure everyone follows best practices.

Qualifications

• Some experience leading development teams
• Strong knowledge of Java Software Development
• Educational background: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
• Eager to lead by example
